Prophetic Evangelism at Times of Refreshing Ministries

In September 2009, a group of people set up a few chairs in downtown Belfast to share the good news of Jesus Christ to those who were out for the evening.

This evangelistic approach embraces God’s prophetic gifts, engaging passers-by to hear a personal message from God to them. This prophetic group has come into existence through a vision God gave to Sharon Morrison. God made it clear in the vision that the team should share what God wants them to say to each individual person. The vision also showed a signboard offering ‘Spiritual Readings’. The sign seems to attract a steady number of people.

The team invited Cindy McGill from ‘Hope for the Harvest Ministries’ Salt lake City, USA to teach at a series of workshops on dream interpretations and prophetic evangelism. The outcome of these workshops is that 5 or 6 people now meet regularly in the entertainment area of Belfast to share God’s heart in the manor of the vision God gave. Many have heard God through prophetic words regarding their personal situation. Some were prayed for, some received Jesus as their saviour, and all have been blessed.
